Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service possible and to ensure fairness to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Notice Period Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment/service time. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% charge of the service fee. 3. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. 4. Refunds Refunds for pre-paid services will only be issued if the cancellation is made within the appropriate notice period. No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows. 5. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. 6. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
